The State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) has adopted the following rule actions, and the State Board of Education (SBOE) has reviewed them as required by statute. The agency has filed these rule actions with the Texas Register, and they have effective dates in the future. Rule actions will remain on this page until their effective dates.

Currently, there are no State Board for Educator Certification rules that are adopted but not yet effective.
