College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier

Overview

The purpose of this communication is to inform school systems that the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier is now available on the Performance Reporting tab within the Accountability application until June 26, 2026. The CCMR Verifier One-Pager provides information on the tool's purpose, how to use it, and how to check a request if one is submitted.

Districts should use the CCMR Verifier to verify the accuracy of their non-TSDS PEIMS CCMR data, which will be included in 2026 accountability ratings. CCMR data are shown for 2024–25 annual graduates and non-graduating 12th graders. While CCMR indicators determined by TSDS PEIMS submissions are not eligible for corrections within the CCMR Verifier application, data from the TSDS PEIMS elements are shown through the Preliminary CCMR Student Listing linked within the CCMR Verifier application.

Eligible for corrections (data from vendors and other sources) and shown on the CCMR Verifier:

  • ACT college admissions tests
  • Advanced Placement (AP) examinations
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations
  • Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA) tests
  • SAT college admissions tests
  • OnRamps dual enrollment course completion
  • Level I or Level II certificates*
  • DD Form 4 (military enlistment)

*Do not submit Industry-Based Certification (IBC) documentation through the Level I or II certificates field.

Not eligible for corrections (district submissions via TSDS PEIMS) and not shown on the CCMR Verifier:

  • Graduate with completed individualized education program and workforce readiness
  • Graduate with Advanced Diploma Plan and current special education student
  • College prep course completion
  • Dual credit course completion
  • Industry-Based Certification (IBC)
  • Associate degree

If no discrepancies are found, no action is required. Districts can submit official documentation to correct data by June 26, 2026. The requirements for acceptable documentation can be found in the 2026 CCMR Verifier Data Requirements. Districts should keep track of their request in the CCMR Verifier application to determine if the request has been approved or denied. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ may request additional documents or actions of the district after an initial review. As such, districts are encouraged to submit requests prior to the deadline, as only complete and correct submissions received by June 26, 2026, will be included in 2026 accountability ratings.

Working Submissions

Districts may submit PEIMS Working Submissions for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years. Data submissions with errors from the 2025 PEIMS Fall Submission may also be corrected through a Working Submission. Only Working Submissions with validated corrections related to CCMR indicators will be considered for accountability ratings, beginning with 2026 accountability ratings.

The eligible CCMR indicators that can be corrected through a PEIMS Working Submission include:

  • College Preparatory Course Completion
  • Dual Credit Course Completion
  • Industry-Based Certifications (IBC)
  • Program of Study Completer elements
  • Associate Degree attainment
  • Diploma Type values for reported graduates with completed IEP and workforce readiness
  • Diploma Type and Endorsement values for reported graduates earning an advanced diploma and who were served within Special Education Programs

All PEIMS Working Submissions must be confirmed, as indicated via email from TSDS PEIMS, by June 26, 2026, to be included in 2026 accountability ratings calculations. For additional information on requirements for submitting a working submission, please reference the PEIMS Working Submission Guidance document. It is strongly recommended that complete Working Submissions with correct reports be sent by June 12, 2026. Submissions initiated after this date may not be processed in time for 2026 accountability ratings if sent incomplete.
